For Yardi Systems’ annual event, we were tasked with creating a modern, lounge-driven environment that felt fresh and unexpected while staying true to the brand. As a corporate event design and production project, the concept centered on Yardi’s signature blue and white palette, elevated with sleek silver accents to create a refined, high-tech atmosphere. Soft lounge groupings anchored the space, encouraging guests to gather, connect, and linger.
A custom torus arch introduced a strong visual focal point, adding sculptural shape and dimension without overwhelming the room. Throughout the environment, bromeliad plants brought in architectural texture, complementing the clean lines and metallic finishes.
The standout feature was a sculptural, three-dimensional “bird’s nest” installation at the bar—an abstract interpretation of the Yardi logo that felt intentional and on-brand without being literal.
