Encore Décor to Design the 10-Year Anniversary of the White Hat Charity Ball

WASHINGTON, DC — This November, the White Hat Charity Ball will celebrate its 10-year anniversary. The annual fundraiser for Children’s National Hospital has raised more than $5.3 million to support patients and their families since its founding. Encore Décor, a leading Washington, DC–based corporate event décor and production company, has once again been selected to design the event environment. The celebration will take place at Union Station, one of the city’s most iconic venues.

Hosted by leaders in cybersecurity, technology, and AI, the White Hat Gala brings together innovators and philanthropists in support of pediatric healthcare. The event also draws influential voices from the finance, legal, and federal government sectors.

This year, Encore Décor’s team, led by President and Creative Director Sara Rose Harmon, has developed a James Bond–inspired theme, transforming the space into a world of cinematic elegance and intrigue.

“This theme gives us the opportunity to express our fondness for this dashing literary figure,” says Harmon. “From a 16-foot martini glass installation to a striking photo moment with gold accents and dramatic red and gold centerpieces, every detail is designed to immerse guests in the experience.”
